hope you guys can shed some light on my problem , the other day i went to create a folder by right clicking on desktop , normally a box appears with the tab to create a new folder , but for some reason the box that appears seems to be half as small as normal with only 5 options

1. arrange icons

2. refresh

3. paste

4. paste shortcut

5. properties

any suggestions on what the problem is or better still how to resolve it .

there are a couple of reasons for that problem

a) user rights

b) broken registry

i guess it could be the broken registry

i find this:

sounds like a Spartan problem .. ..

run antivirus from online scanners
run regcleaner and clean up registry
